How to Cook

1. Preheat a pan over medium heat.
2. Lower to low heat and place the arepa in the pan.
3. Cook until golden and crispy.
4. Flip the arepa and toast the other side.
5. Toast to your preferred level of crispiness.
6. Serve warm and add your favorite Palenque toppings—or create your own!
